The Official Parent/Guardian Newsletter of Xavier High School
Welcome to the Navigator, the official weekly e-newsletter for Xavier High School parents/guardians. This email will typically arrive in your inbox at 5:00 PM on Sundays to help you navigate the week ahead.
Any student planning on participating in an activity/sport this winter must be registered on Bound. Please register your student now for all activities they plan to participate in this year so that we can provide communication prior to the season.
Sign In and click on “Registration”. (Make sure you are selecting the 2024-25 school year.)
If your student is interested in participating in multiple activities, please register them for each activity.
If your student is considering participating in athletics or cheer, parents must also upload a Physical, and electronically sign a Concussion and Permission/Release Form via Bound.
All physicals will now be uploaded through this process – paper forms will not be accepted in the XHS Activities Office. You will not need to print a form elsewhere.
Girls Wrestling Parent Meeting
There will be an informational meeting for both the athletes and the parents of girls interested in wrestling at Xavier this year.

President’s Corner: The Generosity Challenge President McCarville’s monthly President’s Corner video was released this week, highlighting the heart behind this year’s Generosity Challenge—a call for every Xavier Catholic Schools family to come together in support of our teachers and staff. You can view his full message here: CRXCS.org/president.
If your family hasn’t accepted the Generosity Challenge yet, it’s not too late to join in! Simply scan the QR code on the yard signs located at your school entrances to give quickly and easily. Every gift—big or small—helps strengthen the mission of Xavier Catholic Schools and shows our gratitude for those who dedicate their lives to creating disciples unafraid to follow Jesus Christ. Further details can be found at: CRXCS.org/Impact.

On Monday, October 27th & Wednesday, October 29th, Xavier will be holding Fall Conferences. During these days, XPX provides meals for the teachers as these are very long work days at Xavier. We are also collecting extra snacks and treats for teachers and staff for Thankful Thursdays, where we will set out treats in the teachers' lounge as an extra treat for all they do.
Please see the following link to help donate food and drinks for these meals. All donations can be dropped on Monday (10/27) & Wednesday (10/29). Donations can be dropped off outside the main office on the carts provided from 7:30 AM-12:00 PM. If you have any questions, please contact Erica Rheinschmidt @ 558-6952 or [email protected].
