Monday, December 8 (A Day)
Immaculate Conception Mass: 9:50AM - All are Welcome!
Students' second semester schedules are now available for viewing in PowerSchool. If students need to request a schedule change they must look at the Master Schedule to see if their change is possible, then complete the online form to request a change. If students need to meet with a counselor about a change, those visits will take place December 9-11th as follows:
December 9th - Only seniors can meet with counselors regarding changes
December 10-11th - All students can meet with a counselor
Please see the email from Student Services sent on Friday, December 5th for complete details. NOTE: Level changes must be approved by your student’s teacher prior to requesting the change.
BLOOD DRIVE
Appointments are still available for the Battle of 42nd Street Blood Drive: Xavier vs Kennedy onMonday, December 8 & Tuesday, December 9at the Oakland Church of the Nazarene (3000 42nd St NE from 1:30-6pm. Any questions may be directed to [email protected].
CAREER & SERVICE FAIR
Xavier High School is looking for volunteers from all industry areas and nonprofits to be part of our Career and Service Fair on Friday, January 23, 2026. We are reaching out to our most valuable resources–YOU, our community! If you or someone you know is interested in sharing about your career as well as your education and path to get to where you are, please fill out the interest form. Join the XCS Team: School Activities Bus Drivers Needed
Athletics • Band • Field Trips • And More!
A perfect part-time opportunity for retirees or anyone who loves driving and serving our students! Do you enjoy driving and want flexible, part-time work?
Do you know someone who is recently retired, in good health, and interested in driving a bus?
Xavier Catholic Schools is seeking part-time bus drivers to support a variety of school activities. Driving times vary and are primarily within the Cedar Rapids/Marion area, with occasional trips to Iowa City/Coralville.
Requirements & Support:
Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical through their primary physician or a certified medical examiner.
Need training or the correct license? No problem — we will guide you through the process.
Starting hourly rate: $24.32
