American Red Cross Sound the Alarm Program
American Red Cross Sound the Alarm Program is an initiative that the Xavier Red Cross Club is helping to make sure each Xavier household has a smoke alarm on every level of their home. They will also provide additional fire safety education with each smoke alarm ordered. We encourage every family that does not have a working smoke alarm on every level of their home to take advantage of this opportunity at no cost. Those interested, please contact[email protected]or 294-6635 X318 by 3/27.

Check out the newest edition of the Xpress here! If you are interested in advertising in the Xpress or the yearbook, please reach out to Lauren Phillips at [email protected]
Safe Environment
Xavier students will be participating in Safe Environment Training in theology classes the week of March 23-26. This training includes information about quality relationships, proper forms of touch, actions to take in uncomfortable situations, and reporting possible abuse. Please note that this is not a sex education program.
Under the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, all dioceses in the United States have agreed to do the following:
Establish age-appropriate safe environment training for children.
Offer the training to all children/young people.
Document that the training has taken place.
The Safe Environment training program that will be used can be viewed here.
While all children are offered the Archdiocesan Safe Environment training, a parent/guardian can refuse the training by completing this form. Please complete this form only if you do not wish to have your child(ren) participate in the Safe Environment training(s) for the current academic year.
Action Item Reminder: Grandparents Mass 2026: Parents, Please RSVP by 3/13
Xavier will be holding our Annual Grandparents Mass on Friday, April 24 at 1:00 PM. All grandparents are invited to attend the Mass with their grandchild(ren). Once again, we are asking parents to RSVP the total number of grandparents attending for your child. We will then mail them an invitation with the details, but grandparents will not need to RSVP themselves. Even if your grandparents cannot attend in person, please complete the form so that we may send them information about how to find the Mass online.
Once you have a total number of attendees determined, please click here to RSVP for them by Friday, March 13th. If you have any that are uncertain, please add them as a "yes". We'd rather plan for too many than too few!
Spring Non-Public Parent Bus Reimbursement
Spring transportation reimbursement forms are due by end of day Friday, April 24th to [email protected]or delivered to the Main Office. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Main Office.
