Sign Up for Summer Strength & Speed Camp (For HS Grades 9-12 and MS Grades 7-8) The Xavier Summer Strength & Speed Camp is designed to help athletes develop a foundation for high-level training. We focus on teaching proper technique and an intentional four-year progression of strength, plyometric, sprint, and agility training to ensure every movement is performed safely and effectively.
By mastering the mechanics of lifting and the fundamentals of sprint work, athletes can maximize their long-term potential and build a base that translates directly to their specific activity. This camp is about learning how to train correctly so that effort results in tangible improvement in your Xavier activity.
Students who sign up will be assigned to one of three training sessions based on in-season sport participation and session availability. This will be communicated before the start of camp.
Students interested in participating in football at the high school level are strongly encouraged to enroll in this camp.
If you are interested in this opportunity, complete this formto ensure you receive further communication.
Legislative Action Alert
Catholic schools are an important option for families and Senate File 2425/House File 2713 helps strengthen and support our schools. These bills expand access to preschool, provide added flexibility for ESA enrollment, and improve access to funding for school facilities. We encourage families to contact their state legislators to express support for these efforts. Your voice matters in sustaining Catholic education across Iowa. Click here to send your legislator(s) a message.

Did You Know that All Saints, St. Matthew, LaSalle, Regis and Xavier High School offers a School Breakfast Program available to school aged children?
Some mornings, it’s tough to find the time to make sure your kids are eating a nutritious breakfast. On those days, why not send them to the School Breakfast Program? Each meal meets government nutritional guidelines and standards. Schools are required to provide a breakfast meal that includes fruit, whole-grain rich items, and low fat or fat free milk. Check your school’s website for meal prices and a menu to see the variety of nutritious choices available at School Breakfast.
Free & Reduced Meals
It is never too late to apply for free or reduced priced meals. If you have had a job status change, reduction in pay or lost your job and your family income has changed, you should apply for benefits. Fill the application out in the Meal Magic Family Portal. You will be notified within 24-48 hours if you are eligible and your meals will become free or reduced priced immediately. If you are found eligible, you will be eligible for 30 days into next school year too! If you are already receiving free or reduced priced meals you do not need to do anything at this time.
