Have a Great Summer!
On behalf of the XHS faculty and staff, we wish all of our families a very happy and safe summer!
We share our deepest thanks to you for your partnership with us in helping your students learn and grow into young adults who will ultimately be Saints not only to us, but to the world.
We will continue to send Xavier Updates as necessary over the summer. For parents who will not have a student at Xavier in the 2026-2027 school year, you will stop receiving Xavier Updates after June 30th. We will keep you on our weekly Good News list so that you can keep up with the many ‘Xceptional things our Saints are doing!
May God bless you all!
News & Updates
Class of 2026 Transcripts
High school transcripts for the Class of 2026 will be sent directly to the college the student indicated in Naviance. These will be sent after grades are finalized around mid-June. Seniors met with Mrs. Sires during RTI on May 5th and reviewed the process to request college transcripts for dual credit classes (SLU, MMU, Kirkwood). Mrs. Sires then sent the informational slides from that meeting to seniors that afternoon. Please first check with your student regarding questions related to transcripts and then reach out to Student Services if further clarification is needed.
Second Semester Report Cards
XHS second semester report cards will be available for viewing in PowerSchool the week of June 1st by logging into PowerSchool and clicking Progress/Report Card near the bottom of the left column.

On behalf of our Post Prom committee, thank you for your generous support, making Post Prom 2026 a success! Your contributions helped us achieve our fundraising goal. Students were able to enjoy ice skating, broom ball hockey, karaoke, fun caricature artwork, amazing midnight snacks and the finale- mentalist performance. Your donations helped us provide over $5,000 worth of prizes to over 150 students. Thank you also to the numerous volunteers who served in the late evening hours. Your support made this event possible and allowed us to provide a fun, safe and memorable post- prom experience for our Xavier students.
With sincere appreciation, Jaymie Noffke & Emily Wilson - Post Prom Committee
Reminders
2026-27 ESA & PowerSchool Forms
As we wrap up the current school year, it’s time to prepare for 2026–27! Families should have received an email on April 16 with instructions and information about completing these two important steps:
Complete PowerSchool Forms (annual update of contact and health information)
PowerSchool Forms will be available in English, French, and Spanish.
Uniform & Spirit Wear Collection
Cleaning out closets? The Saints Shop is collecting gently used, outgrown, or graduated dress code-approved items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) and spirit wear for our Saints Shop Back-to-School Sale in August! Stop by our Saturday event and drop off gently used items, or drop them off anytime at Xavier High School.
Summer Student Volunteer Opportunities in the Foundation Office
Looking for your 9th-12th grade student to get out of the house and do something productive this summer? Want them to gain office experience and help build their resume? The Xavier Catholic Schools Foundation Office has a need for summer volunteers!
Immediate need: Write thank you notes to donors! This project will begin in early June.
Additional projects could include: Assembling mailings, delivering items to parishes/donors, helping set up for events, research, database updates, etc.
No set hours, vary by projects each week – will reach out via email as projects are available throughout the summer.
If interested, email Erica Huk ([email protected]) in the XCS Foundation with your student’s name and grade, availability, and preferred method of contact.
