As a reminder to all parents of new Xavier High School students, we will host an informational meeting on Wednesday, August 20 at 7:00 PM. This includes the parents of all freshmenandtransfer students. This is an event for parents/guardians only, students need not attend.
Saints Shop Open Tomorrow (8/20)
The Saints Shop will be open Wednesday, August 20 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Freshmen Orientation
On Thursday, August 21 from 9:30AM - 2:30 PM we will host an orientation day for all freshmen. As a reminder, attendance is required for ALL Freshmen.
The day will begin with Community Induction on the football field (wear sunscreen if needed).
From there, students will walk through their classes, meet their teachers, and eat lunch in the cafeteria.
This is a casual dress day.
Students are welcome to bring a water bottle if they'd like.
On Friday, August 22 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM we will hold an informational session for new students to Xavier in grades 10-12. Students will meet teachers and learn more about Xavier as a whole. Students are asked to meet in the LMC that day, and may finish up prior to noon.
Saints Youth Boys Basketball Evaluations
The Saints Youth Boys Basketball Program is hosting evaluations for the 2025-2026 season at Xavier High School on August 23rd for students 1st - 8th grade.
XPX will hold a back to school luncheon for all teachers and staff on Thursday, August 28. All donations may be dropped off on the cart outside the main office on Thursday, August 28th from 7:30 - 9:30 AM. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Schmit at [email protected]. Schedule changes are now complete. Please have your student log into PowerSchool and check his or her schedule prior to the first day of school. Please note, there have been recent updates to the master schedule that may have affected your student’s course schedule.
Please keep the following in mind:
A course may be added or dropped within the first four school days of the semester for an approved reason.
After four school days a course or level change must be initiated by the instructor with the consent of the parent/guardian and approval from an administrator.
