Wells Fargo Arena has a clear bag policy in place for all events. Bags must not exceed 12"x6"x12", with exceptions made for medical, family, or child care bags. Small clutches no larger than 4.5"x6.5" are also allowed. Additionally, all spectators kindergarten and older must purchase a ticket for entry. Tickets can be purchased online or at the arena, with online purchases incurring a service fee.
Seating & Re-Entry
Spectator seating is designated by the team—home team fans will sit behind their team’s bench, while visiting team fans will be seated across from the teams. Entry to the arena will be available through the north, south, and skywalk entrances. If you need to leave and re-enter, you may do so on the same scanned online ticket, but be sure to follow the instructions given by ticket takers.
To maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere, banners, signs, hoops, balloons, and artificial noisemakers are not permitted. However, fans may place likenesses on seats, and small 12"x18" hankies, pom-poms (not on sticks), and foam fingers are allowed. Please note that shirts and shoes are required, and body paint alone does not meet the dress code.
Throughout the tournament, programs and souvenir items will be available for purchase in the north and south concourses.
The Xavier community has worked hard to build a rich tradition of sportsmanship and school pride. We fully expect that our fans will continue to exhibit those qualities. Students and all Xavier fans are expected to cheer on and support the Saints! Please keep in the mind the 3 non-negotiables: No targeting officials, no targeting individual opponent players, and no vulgar language
If you have questions about anything not addressed in the above information, please call the Activities Office. Thanks in advance for your cooperation with these guidelines and for your support of Xavier Activities!
