Xavier Booster Club Information

About XBC...
The Xavier Booster Club is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting Xavier academics, athletics, and fine arts. We help facilitate, promote, and provide funding for all school related activities. Xavier Booster Club provides hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars a year to enhance the high standards and success of Xavier High School and its students.

This ambitious donation cannot be achieved without your active participation! Learn more about becoming a member and purchase a membership at www.xaviersaints.org/xbc. Memberships may also be purchased online on the parent portal through Snap! or mailed directly to Xavier High School. There is a wide range of sponsorship levels for families and friends to join the Xavier Booster Club.

-Families and friends have five different levels ($75, $200, $500, $1,000 and $2,000).

- Over the last 26 years, the Xavier Booster Club has raised and allocated more than $1.7 million to various programs.
- The annual allocations for the 2025 - 2026 school year totaled $231,000.
- $131,000 was granted to our 35 Xavier Activities, plus an additional $100,000 this year to fund the weight room equipment replacement project that has been on hold for over 7 years.

  - Joining the XBC as a family, alumni or friend
  - Signing up to volunteer in the concession stand (all are welcome)
  - Sponsoring or participating in the XBC Golf Outing

The Xavier Booster Club allocated nearly $231,000 across 35 XHS programs for the 2025-2026 school year.
Allocations

Annually, the Xavier Booster Club accepts funding requests from all Xavier High School academic, fine art, and athletic programs. The Xavier Booster Club’s officers collaborate with the Xavier High School Activities Director to determine the allocation for each activity that submits a funding application. It is the goal of the Xavier Booster Club to provide some level of funding for all eligible requests. The Xavier Booster Club is able to provide funding through the dollars raised through concession sales, membership program, and the XBC Golf Outing.
XBC funded 100% of coach requested allocations for 30 out of 35 activities. (XBC by-laws prevent certain items from being funded.)
