Respect Life Club Movie Night
All students are invited to watch Unplanned on Tuesday, October 28 at 7pm in the LMC Cube; popcorn will be provided! Unplanned is a pro-life movie about former Planned Parenthood Clinic Director Abby Johnson. Each student must have the Parent Permission Unplanned Movie Form signed.
Girls Basketball Parent Meeting
There will be a meeting for the parents of girls playing basketball here at Xavier this year.

Fall Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent teacher conferences are scheduled for:
- Monday, October 27th (4:00-8:00 PM)
- Wednesday, October 29th (4:00-8:00 PM)
Registration will begin Sunday, October 12th at 5:00 PM. Instructions were mailed out on October 6th. Please contact Anne Wallraff if you did not receive an email.
It's Busing Reimbursement Time!
First semester transportation reimbursement forms are linked below. CR forms due to XHS Main Office by 11/21, all others due to the district of residence by 12/1.

Parent Donations Needed for Conferences
On Monday, October 27th & Wednesday, October 29th, Xavier will be holding Fall Conferences. During these days, XPX provides meals for the teachers as these are very long work days at Xavier. We are also collecting extra snacks and treats for teachers and staff for Thankful Thursdays, where we will set out treats in the teachers' lounge as an extra treat for all they do.
Please see the following link to help donate food and drinks for these meals. All donations can be dropped on Monday (10/27) & Wednesday (10/29). Donations can be dropped off outside the main office on the carts provided from 7:30 AM-12:00 PM. If you have any questions, please contact Erica Rheinschmidt @ 558-6952 or [email protected].

The XCS Foundation is Recruiting Volunteers for our Business Campaign!
Want an easy, high-impact way to help your student’s school? The XCS Foundation’s Business Campaign needs short-term volunteers—just 5 weeks to connect with 3–7 local businesses. No experience needed: you’ll get a simple script, a short list of businesses, and background info so each outreach takes only a few minutes by phone, email, or a quick pop-in.Kick off with XCS parents and chairs Kristy Staker and Cassandra Kotek on October 20 at Stillwater Coffee for breakfast—pick up your packet and call sheets, enjoy a treat and coffee, then make your touches weekly and wrap up before Thanksgiving. Mark Your Calendar! New Mattress Fundraiser to Support Band, Show Choir, Robotics, and BPA
We’re excited to announce a new partnership this year with Lebeda Mattress Factory! This will take the place of our traditional mattress fundraiser in the Xavier gym. From October 15 through November 30, simply stop by any Lebeda store location and mention the Xavier fundraiser at checkout. Ten percent of all sales will directly support Xavier’s band, show choir, robotics, and BPA programs. Thank you for supporting our students while shopping local!
