On Wednesday, September 17 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm we will host our parent Back to School Night. It will be open house style with multiple options for parent info sessions and a opportunity to meet your student's teachers.
4:30pm - 5:30pm: Meet the Teachers – Open house style, check in, grab your student’s schedule and a map and visit their classrooms to meet their teachers
5:30pm - 5:50pm: Junior/Senior Parent Information Session in the main gym.
5:30pm - 5:50pm: Sophomore Parent Information Session in the theater.
5:30pm - 6:20pm: Freshman Parents can continue with Meet and Greet as they wish since their Parent Meeting was prior to this date (8/20).
6:00pm - 6:20pm: All Parent Sessions will be repeated to accommodate families with children in multiple grades.
6:30pm: the evening concludes
This is a night for parents, students do not need to attend. Teachers will be in their classrooms from 4:30pm - 6:30pm. The goal is for parents to spend apx. 5 minutes in each classroom they wish to visit.
We ask that you please reserve specific conversations about your child for conferences (10/27 & 10/29) or emails.
No School September 22
As a reminder, Monday (9/22) will be a teacher in-service day and classes will not be in session.
Upcoming Flu Shot Clinic
Xavier Flu Shot Clinic will be held on Tuesday, September 16 during the lunch hour. Please review the directions in thisinformation sheetif you are interested in having your student participate. Please have students bring a photo copy of their insurance card for billing and signed consent form to receive the flu shot.

Optional Technology Insurance for iPads
If interested in purchasing optional technology insurance for student iPads:
All freshmen are invited to an optional freshman retreat for a night of connection and faith. The retreat will include witness talks, small group, adoration, and other activities. If students have other engagements, they can come late or leave early, please just specify in the registration form. Food will be provided, and registration closes on September 17.
Kairos is an optional retreat for juniors. There are three dates offered. Consider registering early because they fill up quickly. The retreat is held at Ridgehaven Cono Camp in Walker, IA. It begins at 4pm Thursday and concludes Sunday afternoon. The cost is $200. The three dates are Oct 23-26, Feb 19-22 and April 16-19. Registration is taken through this Kairos Registration Form.
