Xavier has a strong tradition of parents stepping forward to offer their time and resources to make our school truly xceptional.
We ask that ALL Xavier families fill out the Xavier Volunteer Form to indicate areas that interest you.
Completing the form does not obligate you to join a group; it simply provides the group leader with a contact in case volunteers are needed.
Currently we have received responses from 20% of families. If you've not already done so, please complete the form today.

We are excited to introduce the Generosity Challenge—a call for our Xavier Catholic Schools community to live out our mission of faith in a new and powerful way. This initiative is about more than giving; it is about responding with gratitude for the blessings we’ve received and joining together to ensure a thriving future for every student in our care.
Watch your mailbox! In the coming week, you’ll receive a letter with more details on how you can join this mission-driven movement of generosity.
Foundation Volunteer Opportunity
Do you like connecting with people and businesses in our community? Do you have a couple of weeks of your time to give? Or do you work for a business that may be interested in supporting our Xavier Catholic Schools?
The Xavier Catholic Schools Foundation is looking for short-term volunteers to connect with local businesses and help grow support for our schools. Volunteers will be placed on fun teams and asked to connect with 3-7 assigned businesses to solicit financial support. You'll receive all the necessary details, including business history and contact information, and have the flexibility to connect with the businesses when it's most convenient for you. The campaign runs from October to early November.
If interested, contact Amy Thuente at [email protected] to sign up and receive further information about this exciting opportunity!
