8/28 - Last day to make changes to student schedules
I pray that you have enjoyed the summer and found time to rest, recharge, and share moments with those you love.
As a Catholic school community, we place our faith at the heart of all we do—and this year will be no different. Very soon, the familiar and joyful faces of our priests, returning and new staff, students, and families will once again fill our halls.
As we begin this new school year, we renew our commitment to forming each of our students into a disciple who is unafraid to follow Jesus Christ. At Xavier, this mission guides our work, shapes our community, and inspires us to live with faith, courage, and love.
May God continue to bless you all!
Go Saints!
Mrs. Lynn Holverson
Principal, Xavier High School
News & Updates
ACTION ITEM: Complete Volunteer Form
Xavier has a strong tradition of parents stepping forward to offer their time and resources to make our school truly xceptional. We ask that ALL Xavier families fill out the Xavier Volunteer Form to indicate areas that interest you. Currently we have received responses from 13% of families. There are many different types of opportunities to share your time and talent, and many hands make light work! Several of these opportunities or committees require little time commitment, have options available outside of work hours, and some can even be done from home. Thank you for helping to support Xavier High School!
XPX will hold a back to school luncheon for all teachers and staff on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025. All donations may be dropped off on the cart outside the main office on Thursday, August 28th from 7:30-9:30am. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Schmit at [email protected]. Thank you for helping with this XPX event and for supporting the Xavier teachers and staff as we start a new year!
The Saints Shop will begin their normal school year hours, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, on Monday, August 25th.
It will continue to be open those hours, Monday - Friday, every day that school is in session.
The shop will also be open for all home football games 6-8pm.
Parking Permits
If your student still needs to pick up their parking permit, those that were purchased in early August are available at the front desk. It is still possible to purchase a parking permit for $40 through the main office. Students can either bring in cash/check or you can email Kat at [email protected] and she will have the business office add the fee to your FACTS account. To purchase a parking tag we will need to know the student's vehicle information - year, make, model, color and license plate number.
