The Official Parent/Guardian Newsletter of Xavier High School
Welcome to the Navigator, the official weekly e-newsletter for Xavier High School parents/guardians. This email will typically arrive in your inbox at 5:00 PM on Sundays to help you navigate the week ahead.
Xavier has a strong tradition of parents stepping forward to offer their time and resources to make our school truly xceptional. We ask that ALL Xavier families fill out the Xavier Volunteer Form to indicate areas that interest you.
Currently we have received responses from 16% of families. There are many different types of opportunities to share your time and talent, and many hands make light work! Several of these opportunities or committees require little time commitment, have options available outside of work hours, and some can even be done from home. Thank you for helping to support Xavier High School!
On Thursday, Sept 11th, Xavier will be celebrating our annual Homecoming Pep rally & bonfire. As part of this celebration, XPX provides cookies and drinks to all of those who attend the bonfire. If you would like to support this event, please see the following link to make donations or help at the event.
Parents can set up a Canvas account to observe their student’s grades, view due dates, receive communication from teachers, and set notification preferences.

The Saints Shop will be closed Sept. 2nd - Sept. 5th during the school day for employee training.
The Shop will be open for our 1st home football game, Friday, Sept. 5th from 6-8 PM
It will resume regular hours, Monday - Friday, 1:30-3:00 PM on Sept. 8th.
Parking Permits
If your student still needs to pick up their parking permit, those that were purchased in early August are available at the front desk. It is still possible to purchase a parking permit for $40 through the main office. Students can either bring in cash/check or you can email Kat at [email protected] and she will have the business office add the fee to your FACTS account. To purchase a parking tag we will need to know the student's vehicle information - year, make, model, color and license plate number.
